Meet Amy

As an Advanced Practice Esthetician, Certified Laser Technician, and Injection Specialist, Amy has gained a wealth of expertise in the art and science of skincare products and treatments.

Her journey began in 1992 when she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from St. Cloud State University, laying the groundwork for her future endeavors in the beauty industry. 

In 2007, Amy took a bold step forward by founding Stillwater Skin.  As the owner, she has cultivated a reputation for excellence, offering a wide range of services tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

About Cheyenne Rolfer

I received my education at Aveda Institute of Arts & Science. I obtained my Esthetician license and started working in 2015! While working in the field, Saint Paul College created an Advanced Practice Esthiology program and I enrolled in 2017 as soon as it became possible! I wanted to learn as much as I could to benefit my career. I attended school there, and received my Advanced Practice license. I got into this industry because I knew I wanted a career working with people and making people happy and feel good about themselves! My favorite part about my job is hearing a client light up about their results and that I helped a problem that made them feel insecure. My favorite service is our Radiofrequency Microneedling! It can be beneficial for so many different skin types and I see great results with it. I also always love a good facial and helping someone relax or prepare for a big event!

Outside of the spa, I love hanging out with my boyfriend and friends. I enjoy painting, drawing, listening to my vinyl records, and trying new food. I am so thankful to be working at such an amazing spa and surrounded by my amazing woman co-workers who make such a great team!

About REBECCA SOPER

Hello! My name is Rebecca. I am an Advanced Esthetician and Certified Laser Technician here at Stillwater Skin. Originally from Wisconsin, I moved to different coasts and after being away for almost 20 years, it was time to come back to my roots. Having my own struggles with my skin as a young adult, I decided to dive in and make skin care my career. I attended Saint Paul College for both my basic and advanced license. Being in this field, helping others achieve their skin goals is what I strive to do every single day. 

Instead of focusing on “anti-aging”, which can sound so negative, I love to focus on “educated aging” and creating timeless skin. Each person’s skin and skin care needs are unique to them, and because of this, I thrive on creating custom services and plans for each client. One of my favorites is combining our Venus Skintyte with our IPL photo facial. This service is for those looking to tighten our fine lines and wrinkles while increasing circulation, in combination with correcting sun damage, reds in the skin, acne, and vascular concerns. I am truly passionate about what I do, and am so grateful to work at a place with such amazing co workers and clients. 

It is so great to be back in a state with changing seasons. In my free time I love spending time with my family at the lake, reading in my hammock, trying new restaurants, and finding great live music. I wouldn’t change what I do for the world. I look forward to meeting you and helping you to feel your best beautiful, confident self! 

About JACEY GERMUNDSON

Hi my name is Jacey, I am an advanced esthetician and laser technician here at Stillwater Skin. I originally attended school and played lacrosse at Concordia St. Paul. After a couple of years, I realized my passion was in skincare and the amazing world of esthetics. From here, I went on and received my education to be an advanced esthetician at St. Paul College. I immediately got into the field and started working and haven’t looked back. I have always been passionate about skincare and beauty and realized it was time to start a career with it and do what I love. I have always enjoyed working with people and making people feel good about themselves. My goal is to give people their confidence back and embrace their natural beauty. My favorite part about my job is the relationships that are built between my clients and I and getting them to their desired results. One of my favorite services would be our photofacial. A photofacial is using intense pulsed light to help color correct reds and browns. It helps with sun spots, vascular issues and more and the clarity is gives your skin is so amazing.

Outside of the spa, I enjoy volunteering at my church, hanging out with my friends, and spending time with my family on the lake. I cherish the amazing relationships built within our staff here at Stillwater Skin. It is such a blessing to have such amazing co-workers that make coming to work so fun!

About ALLI SCHEPPERLE

Hello! My name is Alli and I’m an Advanced Practice Esthetician and Certified Laser Technician here at Stillwater Skin. I received my education and license from St. Paul College. Prior to my esthetics path, I also received Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Information Systems at the University of Minnesota Carlson school and spent seven years in the tech consulting industry in both New York City and Southern California. 

I became passionate about all things skin in my early twenties due to dealing with hormonal and stress derived breakouts while living in NYC. I have a deep interest in science and technology and began studying skin histology, ingredient science, and technology driven skin devices in my free time. After moving back to Minnesota, I knew I wanted to transition into skin as a full time career and now am so grateful to be a part of this wonderful team of women! 

I believe in embracing our natural beauty and utilizing science backed product formulations and in clinic treatments to support our long term skin health. My goal with clients is to work together in a partnership to create a customizable plan for you to achieve your desired results and look and feel confident in your skin! One of my favorite technologies here at the spa is our Radio Frequency devices – used in both our skin/body tightening and nano-fractional resurfacing treatments. The RF energy is safe for all skin types and has amazing effects including stimulating fibroblasts for skin tightening, smoothing texture from scarring or fine lines, and evening skin tone by resurfacing out abnormal pigmentation. 

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two German shepherds, and preparing for our first baby arrival in June 2024! I’m also a trained dancer and still teach and choreograph around the area! 

About CRIS SCHRANK

My name is Cris Schrank and I’m the Office Manager at Stillwater Skin. I love this job and the people I’m surrounded by every day! It’s a treat to work someplace that helps clients to look and feel their best.

I grew up in Stillwater, but have lived in Hudson, WI for the last 18 years where my husband Steve and I raised our 2 boys. Both our boys played hockey, so most of our time was spent at hockey rinks, but we loved it!! We won some state titles and made some lifelong friendships.

When I’m not working I enjoy time on the river, weekends at our cabin, traveling and time with my family and friends :)
